炭炉瓦煲鸡饭 - Claypot Chicken Rice

克莱尔和她老公来找我。之后，她老公提议要到附近这一带吃瓦煲鸡饭。这一带也只有这间比较有名气，所以就来了。

他们是用传统的炭炉来煮瓦煲鸡饭。煮瓦煲鸡饭时，对于火候和水份的控制，当然要拿捏得好，不然饭粒会因火候不够而变得硬梆梆。

老板就在掀盖和关盖之间，把一煲煲的鸡饭煮得香喷喷！

炭火正火旺地煮着一排排的瓦煲和炭炉。

煮瓦煲鸡饭需要用的炭炉和木炭。

墙壁上挂着的价目表——— 大，中，小的鸡饭和菜肴，任君选择。

还有报馆采访过的报纸。

瓦煲鸡饭内有腊肠，咸鱼，经腌制过的鸡块，再撒上青葱。

卤鸡脚。

玻璃包菜。

另外再加煮肉丸和鱼丸，这就是我们三人的晚餐。

又到圣诞 ! - It's Christmas Again !

圣诞节是欢乐和消费的季节。

连米老鼠也戴上圣诞帽来凑热闹。

商场内的圣诞树，也披上新装，以吸引顾客上门消费。

佳节到来，你买了什么礼物送给心爱的人？

这张“Christmas Flower” 照片时我在Jusco Shopping Centre拍的。

这是一棵真正的圣诞红 ( Poinsettia )！

This is a real Poinsettia !

圣诞红，也叫“一品红”，原产于墨西哥。那些是被认为是红色花朵的部分，其实是它的叶子，真正花朵应该是在叶束的中间。

它的花期是11月-4月。

花语是：“我心已燃烧，祝福你”。

红彤彤的圣诞红，是代表圣诞节的最佳花朵。

Poinsettia are native to Mexico.

It blooms during November - April.

圣诞老人孤零零地在站岗。 A lonely Santa Claus.

看到这么可爱的圣诞老人，

我怎能忍住不替它拍照呢 ？

热带花卉 - Tropical Flowers

对于花朵的种类和名称，我认识不了多少。每当看到她们色彩斑斓的时刻，总是忍不住拿起相机对着他们娇艳的风采，她们灿烂的笑容，把她们一一的摄入我的镜头。

I usually do not get to know the name of these flowers. But when I see them blossom , the beautiful colours they have , I just can't help myself taking the photos of these flowers .

这是Ixora，茜草科，龙船花属。

大红花 ，也称为“Rosemallow” ----- 马来西亚的国花。它是木槿属的灌木。

Hibiscus ( Rosemallow ) - Malaysia's national flower.

有只蚂蚁在里边。 (There is an ant in there)
