柠檬罂粟籽蛋糕 - Lemon Poppy Seeds Cake

我从来没有吃过柠檬罂粟籽蛋糕,也不知道是啥味道?
妹妹从美国回来度暑假时,买了一罐给我,我也不知道要怎样的做法 ? 所以迟迟不敢动手。
直到看了Sonia 的Lemon Poppy Seeds Butter Cake 后,才有了一个概念来开始。
Sonia 的是原汁原味的版本,因为她的蛋糕上面是有倒一层柠檬糖浆的,我的是偷工减料版,是没有倒糖浆的,一来是怕太甜,二来是懒惰要另外准备糖浆。

家里也没有刨柠檬碎的器具,就用小刀切成碎片。曾经因为这样的切法,把手指也切下去,变成“血染的手指”!:D

并没有量柠檬罂粟籽,就大概的倒了进去算了。

柠檬罂粟籽蛋糕 (Lemon Poppy Seeds Cake )
A :
300 g 菜油(牛油)
200 g 细糖
两者用搅拌器搅拌成乳白色。

B : 鸡蛋 6 粒
C : 面粉 300 g + 发粉 2 茶匙
.
柠檬汁 2 汤匙
柠檬皮碎 (Lemon zest ):从2 个柠檬刨出来。(我做过用1 个柠檬的皮,不够味道,经过改良后,觉得2 个柠檬皮碎会比较够味)
罂粟籽 ( Poppy Seeds ):大概 3 汤匙。(你自己看着来办吧)

制法 :
.
1. A + B+ C + 柠檬汁 + 柠檬皮碎 + 罂粟籽 ---照平常弄蛋糕的方法逐步放进去。
.
烘炉 (oven ): 180 度 C 摄氏
时间 (Time ):35 - 40 分钟
