苹果脆粒派 - Apple Crumble Pie

独爱苹果的味道。
关于苹果的食谱特感兴趣,所以试做了这道Apple Crumble Pie。
因为还没有到超市进货,家里的葡萄干货源短缺,就去买了一小盒(小孩吃的)大概是42.5 g 的葡萄干(raisin)加进去。

已经加入面粉和玉米粉(corn flour)

把剪了派盆旁多余出来的面团,再加入大概的Crumble topping (我的版本是没有好好去量的,只是个大概,下面的食谱是书上正确的分分量)

苹果脆粒派 - Apple Crumble Pie :


Pie pastry (皮) 9”派盆:
150 g 普通面粉 all purpose flour
65 g 冷牛油/菜油 cold butter/margarine
1/4 小匙 盐 tsp salt
50g (2 大匙)细糖 Sugar 2 tbsp
50 ml 冷水cold water




Method :
1. Cut butter + flour + salt
2. + sugar + water —> dough.
3. Chilled dough for 30 mins . Roll out.

To prepare the apple :

500- 600 g apple
40 - 100 g raisin ( I cut the raisin)
80 g castor sugar
1 tbsp corn flour + 1 tbsp all purpose flour + pinch of salt
2 tbsp lemon juice


To prepare crumble (Topping ):
.
100 g all purpose flour
50 g cold butter /margarine
20 g (1 tbsp) sugar
10 ml water
Oven : 210 C (both upper and lower heat , place the tray to the lowest level )
Time : 1 Hour

后记 : 这个食谱,除了可以用苹果去做,还可以换成梨子(pear),而把它变成Pear Crumble Pie, 也是异曲同工,味道清新可口,不妨一试。(其实我已试过,忘了拍照 !:)

  3. Somewhere in Singapore , it is an apple pie with raisins, taste good if adding lemon juice.

  5. Colin,I think there was something wrong with my white balance in this series of photos , except the last one ,considered as " normal ". Idon't know what's wrong with the rest ???
