这咖央角是我在怡保巴占(Bercham, Ipoh)的一家饼干店买到的。它的外皮香脆,颜色烘焙后又恰到好处。
吃咖央角,最重要的在于它的外皮有折叠的口感和kaya 的馅料要充满香浓的椰浆味!

这家的饼干店所烘焙的咖央角就符合了我对咖央角的要求。 咖央馅(Kaya )甜度适中,又不会甜腻到令人生厌是我对咖央角的要求。
当然,怡保也有不少出名的kaya Puff ,而且每个人对于吃咖央角的要求都有所不同,但我对这家的咖央角情有独钟 !

每次我到这家店买kaya角时,会买上十个才肯罢休。
因为我要送给左邻右舍,我妹妹吃,还有我自己也会吃上好几个。好东西是要和大家分享的呀!
连kaya 也是由老板自己烹煮调味的。
kaya的味道带有浓郁的椰子味道,吃后让你齿颊留香,回味无穷。

ReplyDeletesmarthousewife : 它好像是咖哩角,不过里面是由椰浆(coconut cream),鸡蛋和糖,用low heat 慢慢搅动而成,通常我们南洋这一带的人用来抹在面包上,也可以和butter 一起吃。

一直以来, 我都是比较喜欢咸的馅料的, 不管是puff, 包, 还是面包,但是这次被你的照片弄得我好想吃呐。其实那间店是在大路旁吗?有机会去一定要买来尝尝。但是我只会去老黄芽菜鸡和simpang pulai那个方向罢了。

ReplyDeletezeesiew : 如果你将Persiaran Bercham Timur 20 输入google map 你就会找到这地方。从PG 下来是Highway 的Ipoh Selatan the 2nd junction 转进来就可到Bercham。
