豆腐蘑菇汤面 - Tofu and Mushroom Soup Noodle
低卡路里。
清淡,
快速,
方便,
容易消化。
这是我对这道面食的诠释。
豆腐蘑菇汤面食谱
:
材料
:
白豆腐 1 块,切方块
罐头蘑菇 几朵 ( 随意)
猪肉 一块,切片
有机面条 1 片
方法 :
1. 猪肉先用调味料如盐、胡椒粉和糖腌泡15 分钟。
2. 把面条煮熟,捞出,待用。
3. 在锅里放一碗水,+ 豆腐 + 蘑菇 + 煮好的面条 + 调味。
