加央包子 - Kaya Bao

(不会拍白色的包子,所以曝光也错了)

Philip 牌的搅拌器,除了可以弄蛋糕,也可以用来搓揉(knead )包子的面团。
买了做包子的低筋面粉(Blue Key) ,也不一定要用香港面粉的(只是牌子而已)。
用了300 g 的面粉,后来水分加多了,就再加面粉来平衡。
我懒得做叉烧包,因为要一片片的切叉烧,就没有那个耐性,所以就选了做Kaya 的包子。
Kaya 是买Gardenia的,200 g,刚好可以用来做完300g 的面粉,完成后大概是15 个包子。蒸笼很小,每次只可以蒸5 个。

第二天还的早餐就是吃加央包配咖啡 , 也吃了一条香蕉。

    Photo #4, 真搞笑! The exposure of that photo is great. The 1st photos is slightly overexposed, I will probably make the same mistake too, it's tricky to photograph white stuffs sometime.
