变、变 、变味 - To Change Its Taste

小弟带来Ayam Mas 的鸡。
刚好煮咖哩的 材料都有了。
隔天,我把它变味了。
它从原来的Ayam Percik 和 黑胡椒味,让我变成了咖哩风味。
见到鸡皮如见到鬼的我,一定会把全部鸡皮都拔得一干二净 !所以,你才会见到那碟光秃秃的鸡。
调味料 : 香茅、咖哩叶、黄姜粒、大葱,蒜蓉,咖哩粉,胡椒粉和2包的Ayam Mas 辣椒酱,糖,但没放盐。

  6. If you don't mention the "thing" in the first photo, I would have never guessed it, hahaha... Too close to the subject, maybe?

    Nevertheless, I bet its yummy. Probably too hot for me.
