白玉菇和炒牛肝 - Bunashimeji and Stir Fried Beef Liver

大妹回去美国后,她买的Bunashimeji 还留在冰箱。
不常吃这个菇类,它大概是叫白玉菇。
也不知道要如何的去煮,就随便加了大葱来配搭。
调味品就是一汤匙的“鲍鱼汁”, 炒出来后的清淡香甜,正合我口味!
这个午餐,还有姜片炒牛肝。


The Bunashimeji mushroom my sister bought was still in the fridge after she went back to the USA.
I rarely cook bunashimeji .
 Actually I have no idea how to cook it and just stir-fried it with " abalone sauce" and onion.
It taste good with the combination of onion.
The lunch set was complete with stir fried beef liver .
