橙味葡萄小松饼 - Orange Raisin Muffins

把muffin 译为“小松饼”是Oxford 字典的译法。
每次都想把小松饼做好,但是每次都失败。
有时这次做成功了,下次还是会失败。
做到很想“升白旗”,但是又不甘心,还是要把它做到成功为止。
(你要佩服我的勇气吧 ,当我把它做成功后,我就不再做或少做。)

其实muffin还有另一个容易的做法 :就是先将牛油和糖搅拌,然后再将其他的东西加进去,这个方法做起来,muffin就很像蛋糕的texture。
我偏偏就是要用另一个muffin的方法去做:将湿的材料,倒进干的材料里。
还读过一本英文版本的书,根据那个食谱,说muffin搅动材料时,“不要超过12下”,要不然你的muffin就会很韧 。
等muffin烘好后,还要让它呆在烘盆里5分钟。
我的要求就是 :当muffin烘好后,不要粘在纸上,这样也弄不到吗 ?我就是弄不到,下次再试过就是了。

这次的muffin 是好看不好吃的Orange Raisin Muffin,因为糖放得太少 !
里面没有橙汁,只有橙皮。因为我想到orange是酸性( acid),牛奶是碱性(alkaline),两种东西混合在一起,它们会不会在我肚子里打架 ?

  2. Muffin looks yummy! You did a good job!

    The light in the first photo is quite ok. I think the photo is quite good. If you want to cast some light to the shadow, you can use a piece of aluminum foil on the opposite side of the light source.

    Colin : Photos tricks your eyes , actually the muffins is tasteless !

    Why am I so forget full , to relect some light on the darker side ? Must remember this from today onwards unless I dine outside .
