午餐 : 四季豆面粉煎蛋 - Chinese Pancake with French Bean

每当到了午餐或晚餐时间,也是令我烦恼的时间。
要吃什么呢?要怎么煮呢 ?要从冰箱里的有限的蔬菜,变出不同的味道?

那天早上,刚好邻居玉姐给了我一片“四季豆和红萝卜粒面粉煎蛋”,我没有吃,却把它留在午餐吃。
另外,我将豆腐用油煎熟,在上面铺上“sambal 豆瓣酱” 。 这sambal 的味道有点不同,因为里边是有豆瓣酱,我还切了红萝卜粒来点缀。
有了玉姐的面粉煎蛋,我又可以少煮一样菜了。
