素食 : 酸辣黄芽白 - Vegetarian : Sour and Spicy Chinese Cabbage

对于黄芽白的煮法,我最喜欢用酸辣的方法,酸辣芥菜似的。
这次还加入红萝卜来增加蔬菜的分量,这样我就不必再煮晚餐了。( 懒鬼 !)
其他香料都是从后院栽种的香茅、 咖哩叶、和薄荷叶。
这过黄牙白里的调味料有 : Assam Jawa ( tamarind,阿三膏)、青色小辣椒、大葱,姜片和自制sambal belacan 的辣椒酱,一点点的糖。没有放盐,因为sambal belacan 有点咸。

  5. Colin , Thanks,I think , I should have used a flat plate to take the photo of the second picture. I actually wanted to create the bushes and tree feeling.
