肉碎炒面 - Fried Noodle with Minced Meat
本来是要炒面的。
与其说炒面,不如说是焖面。
因为面条放在冰箱里,硬邦邦的,只有用多一点水分,把它焖软。
故意多放黑酱油,将它弄成好像“吉隆坡福建面”的样子。
焖面:
黄面条
黄芽白
预先炒好的肉碎
豆瓣酱和豆豉
