豆腐卜咖喱鸡 - Chicken Curry with Tofu Bok


为了要吸取鸡的营养,就买了一些鸡腿来煮豆腐卜和羊角豆咖喱鸡。
鸡块饼没有经过解冻,就直接丢进煲里。



豆腐煲咖喱鸡:
1 碗去皮和去脂肪的鸡快
5 个豆腐卜,切半
5 条 羊角豆,切段
咖喱叶
香茅
咖喱酱料




去皮和剪掉脂肪的鸡块,光秃秃的,一点也不讨喜。
但是,为了避开吸取胆固醇,也只有这样了。
