三道菜的晚餐 - 3 Course Dinner

自己吃三道菜的晚餐,是罕见的事儿。
本来只是有炒牛肉和豆角,鸡肉是朋友给的, 这么多的菜肴,肉类就只吃一半, 另一半是放进“冷宫” 冰箱也。
牛肉是用咖哩叶、黑胡椒粉、姜片和蒜蓉腌入味。其实黑胡椒粉起不了太大的作用,还是用黑胡椒粒碾碎了比较香。 问题是,我忘了冰箱有黑胡椒粒 ,笨蛋 ~!
豆角就用豆瓣酱和豆豉来和蒜粒来炒干。
朋友的鸡就放了姜片,而且炒得很入味,换句话说,就是很好吃。

  2. 三碟菜的颜色都差不多,深棕色和浅棕色;不过,好吃嘛,好吃,就好!哈哈哈~~~~~
    对了,牛肉在那里才能买到不硬梆梆的呐?
