酸辣蔬菜汤 - Sour and Spicy Vegetable Soup

这道酸辣蔬菜汤,是名副其实的蔬菜汤,里边放的全都是蔬菜。
用Chopping Board 切了满满的蔬菜,一样样的倒进有水的锅里煮熟就是了。
材料:豆角、番茄、黄芽白、姜片、大葱、香茅、咖哩叶、小辣椒。
汤头的调味 :鱼露和鸡精,阿三膏。

番茄是最后才放进去。

但是,等到黄芽白软了后,其他的豆角也黄了。
如果要拍照的话,最好是先等黄芽白软了才放豆角和番茄。
当时我怎么没想到啊?
本来是又红又绿的蔬菜,被我煮到发黄了,到最后,拍摄的效果变得很糟 :( !

吃这个蔬菜汤时,外面正下着毛毛雨。
因为是酸辣汤的关系,我还是吃得冒汗的。

一道汤,分两餐吃,晚上只管把它弄热了,再吃回同样的东西。懒鬼 !

  4. 我用的是Nikkon coolpix L16, but already in maintenance lor, now looking for a new camera... any suggestion? My friend tell me use Canon juz like u use one. I hv been take the pic before from my camera Nikkon, u can add my facebook ther, see nice or not or u see add my Traveling at Shanghai, there i take so many photo frm there, so beautiful.

    一个人吃火锅啊,我懒啊,我常常就“一品锅”。对我来说,吃火锅,莫过于要有好吃的辣椒酱。

    我用过Nikon Coolpix L10。 如果要买相机,要上网读很多reviews 。你问问你身边喜欢拍照的朋友,他们一定会有好介绍的。

    可惜我没有facebook 啊,不然就可以看到你在上海拍摄的照片了。
