泰国迷你火锅餐厅,怡保- Aroi Steamboat Restaurant,Ipoh

一向嗜辣的我,无辣不欢,所以当朋友邀我吃泰国火锅,我一口就答应了。
我们来到这间坐落于巴占大街的泰国迷你火锅餐厅(Restoran Steamboat Aroi)。

I like hot and spicy food . This is the Thai style Aroi Steamboat Restaurant in Jalan Bercham, Bercham.

我们去的时候,差不多是傍晚六点,顾客还没上门,我们可说是最早到的。
There was no customers yet when we reached there at about 6 pm.

桌上排列整齐的碗碟。 Neatly arranged dining sets.



说了是“迷你火锅”,所以每位顾客都有他们各自的火锅炉子。我觉得这样吃火锅会比较卫生,如此吃法,你就不需顾虑到整十个人的汤匙在汤头里冲凉洗澡了。

I think this is a more hygienic way to eat steamboat with separate minipots. So, you don't have to worry about the spoons of ten people " washing" in the pots.




我点了餐厅里最受欢迎的“特式火锅”。里边有:鱼肉,鸡肉,鱼丸,老虎虾,贝壳类(Lala,蛤蜊(=西蛤m), 刺螺,),老板自制的五香肉丸,豆腐,日本豆腐,草菇,冬菇,紫菜,鲜鱿鱼,蔬菜,一个鸡蛋和一杯米粉。

I ordered the most popular "Aroi Special" Steamboat. There are fish fillet , chicken , fishballs , tiger prawns , lala , cockles , spike shells , "go-hiang " whick is made by the boss herself , tofu , silk tofu (Japanese Tofu), mushrooms , seaweeds , cuttlefish , vegetables , egg and a cup of beehoo.



还有外加一碗的炸腐皮和茄子。 Additional bowl of fried "fu pei" and brinjal comes together with the order.



在菜单里还包括了: Also in the menu :

- 特式海鲜火锅套餐(有虾,蟹) "Seafood Special" Steamboat with prawns and crab.
- 黄梨饭 Pineapple Rice
- 炒饭 Fried Rice
- 小孩火锅套餐 Children Mini Steamboat
- 炸鱼头 Fried Fish Head
- 炸料 Fried Items ( fu pei , brinjals ,beancurd......)



你也可以另外点的 Side Order :
纽西兰牛肉 New Zealand beef , 海蜇 jellyfish,Acar (阿紥),螃蟹 crab,Lala 或老虎虾 tiger prawn。

随套餐附上的面食,顾客可自选的有伊面,公仔面,米粉,黄面,冬粉或白饭。你也可以点一碟炒饭来配你的套餐。

吃火锅,最重要的佐料:辣椒酱。这些都是老板自个儿调配的,味道都很好。它们有沙爹酱,马来煎辣椒酱(Belacan),Tom Yum 酱和蒜茸。

Customers can choose either one of these noodles : yi mien ,gongzai mien , beehoon , yellow noodle , danghoon or rice.

Chilli sauce plays the most important roles when eating steamboat. These chilli sauce are made by the boss herself and it tastes good. There are satay sauce , belacan chilli sauce ,tom yum sauce and minced garlic.



你可以选清汤汤头或冬荫汤头(Tom Yum Soup)。我当然选了又红又酸又辣的 Tom Yum汤啦!炉火点着后,你可以根据自己吃东西的循序把自己喜欢先吃的食物放进滚烫的汤里。吃火锅时,有各自的火锅子,就不怕东西会给别人“截走”而失踪了。

You can choose either clear soup or tom yum soup. Me ? Of course I have chosen the red , sour and spicy tom yum soup. You can put your food in the soup according to your own eating habit and you don't have to worry about you will lose your food later.


每人都有一个可爱的鸡蛋。 Each customer will get an lovely egg.







刺螺 Spike shells 和 Lala


老板自己煮的罗汉果,龙眼和蜜枣糖水。它的味道浓郁,是真材实料的饮料 !吃了酸辣的Tom Yum 汤,最好来一杯罗汉果水。

Luo han guo , longan and honey dates " tongshui". It is thick enough and it taste good. It's the real thing ! After the hot and spicy tom yum steamboat , it is good to have the luo han guo drinks. The drinks is prepared by the boss too.




店里还有卖“大自然蜜糖”。 " Natural honey" is selling in the restaurant.

    都不懂有这样的一间火锅店。

    看来老板需要做宣传才行。
