将仙女的发丝浸在蘑菇汤 - Soak Angel Hair into Cream of Mushroom Soup

冰箱里什么菜也没了。我还能吃什么?我又不想吃快熟面。
就到后院里剪些艾草(Artemisia Argyi)来煎蛋。这样还不够, 我还要煮“仙女的发丝”(Angel Hair Spaghetti ), 开了一罐蘑菇汤(Cream of Mushroom Soup ) 来做汤底。
单身晚餐就此诞生!

因为马哥孛罗(Marco Polo)的关系,我才自己“发明”将“仙女的发丝”,放进蘑菇汤里烹煮。“仙女的发丝”不像其他意大利面条,需要十多分钟才会煮熟,它只需2 分钟就可煮好。

晚餐后,冰箱里还剩下的9 粒“乳酪环”( Cheese Ring),就成了当晚的Dessert。
像这种毫无营养又高盐分的零食,当然不是我的最爱,但有时却成了解除压力的解药,当蓝月亮升起时(once in a blue moon ) , 我还是买来吃的。

  4. Bakeling,去买一盒miso放冰箱里,煮汤放一小匙下去,味道好又有营养;罐头磨菇汤太多chemicals,少吃为妙哦!
    味噌即日本豆瓣酱,白味噌不会太咸。
