椰糖燕菜月饼 (无食谱) - Gula Melaka Agar-agar Mooncake

今天梁太请我吃的是椰糖cendol 燕菜月饼。
这也是我第一次吃这种口味的燕菜月饼。
外面褐色的椰糖燕菜和里面青绿色的cendol 形成了非常协调的口味,就好像在吃cendol甜汤一样。

(糟糕,没注意到碟子上有椰糖液,在白色的碟子沾上不必要的褐色。)

  3. Wow! The variety of mooncake in Malaysia is simply amazing! I bet I will like this mooncake.

    These photos came out great. You seem to have master the lighting in your kitchen well. By the way, if you have not mentioned it, I will probably not notice the coconut sugar on the plate, ha!
