自煮午餐 Home Cooked Lunch

本来是每天出去打包午餐的。
突然,心血来潮,买了一些烧肉和豆腐,自己准备午餐。
豆腐和烧肉是同在一个Non-stick pan 里用半汤匙的油来煎炒。
一片豆腐切成三份, 这样才能有煎透的范围。
烧肉吃的时候,加入指天椒和酸柑汁。
因为煮豆角煎蛋时,没有注意火候,把它们都煎焦了,可想而知,我下厨房的经验了
这样的午餐,只有自己捧自己的场,一扫而空。

    若水, 煮东西时,很有意思。但洗东西时,没有意思 !

  5. Looking at these photos, the first thought to come into mind is that you should cook more! Seems to me you're doing a pretty good job.

    Nice photos. On #3, if you can shine some light from the bottom left side of the photo will help make it even better.

  6. Colin , I enjoy cooking but buying ingredients will be a problem for me because the pasar has closed by the time I wake up. Too bad !

    I should have use aluminium reflector to add increase the lighting down there , will improve next time . Thanks for you advice !
