冰箱里的常客 - Regular Guests in the Fridge

豆角和羊角豆是我冰箱里的常客。
不太喜欢吃有叶有茎的蔬菜,因为总是觉得很难把它的茎吞下去。
我的午餐是只是豆角煎蛋,但这次加了半粒大葱,还故意多炒一些,留一些作晚餐。
羊角豆不能常常炒马来煎(belacan)。Belacan 好吃是好吃,但它给我的感觉是它不太卫生。

晚餐多一样蔬菜 。
后来想到苦瓜可以炒豆鼓,不如用豆鼓来炒羊角豆吧,再用完另一粒的大葱。
晚餐:半碗饭 + 豆角煎蛋+ 豆鼓炒羊角豆,就饱了。

  1. Another great series of photo. I think the place where you do your chopping(I see the chopping board) is one good place for photography in your house. Like the tomato photos in your previous post, the lighting came out great too but a little bit colder this time. Are these photos taken under florescent light?

  6. Colin , I will learn to see the warm and colour in the photos in the future.

    The first photo was taken in the afternoon and the later 2 were taken underfluorescent light.

    诗艳,我现在才知道美国是很少有羊角豆卖,它可能是热带国家的植物吧。



    winnie , 我很少会蒸羊角豆,都是用水煮熟。


    三只猫 ,不吃豆角,我也不知道吃什么了。
