玉米燕菜月饼 - Sweet Corn Agar-agar Mooncake

过两天就是8月15 中秋节了。

月饼的帖子，已经差不多出到7788 了，大概还有3、4个月饼的照片还在9月的folder里。

如果你问我大概吃了多少个月饼？ 就是你看过的月饼照片里的月饼，也有1、2个是没有拍到照片的。

这个粉红色的燕菜月饼还是由梁太提供给我拍照的。当然，替它拍了照片后，最后的结局，由我把它消耗掉的 ！

我应该向梁太学学怎样做agar -agar 月饼才对，那，来年的中秋节，就不用等梁太请我吃月饼了。不知道“梁师傅”肯不肯收我这个笨手笨脚的徒儿呢？

It will be Mid Autumn Festival soon.

The photos of mooncake is about to publish within the month. But I still have 1 or 2 mooncakes photos are kept in my September folder.

If you were to ask me , how many mooncakes did I have ? All those mooncakes that you have seen here are what I have had. There are a few which I didn't shoot at .

The pink mooncake here is provided by Mrs. Leong for photo shooting .

After taking those photos , I consumed all those mooncakes !

I should have learned how to make these agar-agar mooncake as I don't have to wait for Mrs. Leong to present me one next year.

I wonder if Mrs. Leong is willing to take me as an apprentice ?

这里面的馅料是玉米（玉蜀黍，sweet corn ），还是我和梁太一起到怡保Tesco Extra 选的罐头玉米。

粉红色的燕菜倒模在草莓型的模子里，很是讨喜。

The filling of this mooncake is sweet corn . Mrs. Leong and I bought the canned sweet corn from Tesco Extra, Ipoh.

The agar-agar was poured into a strawberry shaped-mould and it's lovely .

The prop here is arranged by Mrs. Leong personally.

这期也是用fern 做道具，还是由梁太亲手自己摆上的。
